Job Overview:
Preferred candidate profile:
3-5 years of proven experience in International/National sales in Agricultural Commodities
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage clients and close deals.
In-depth knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, Incoterms, and global agri trade practices.
Willingness to travel internationally as and when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and develop new customers and trading partners, especially in the rice and agri commodities segment.
2) Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client communication, quotation, negotiations to order finalization.
3) Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with overseas clients, importers, and distributors.
4) Conduct market research and analysis to understand global trends, pricing, and competitor movements.
5) Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
6) Work closely with the logistics, finance, and quality control teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution.
