Preferred candidate profile: |
|
3-5 years of proven experience in International/National sales in Agricultural Commodities |
|
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. |
|
Ability to independently manage clients and close deals. |
|
In-depth knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, Incoterms, and global agri trade practices. |
|
Willingness to travel internationally as and when required. |
|

Key Responsibilities: |
|
|
|
1) Identify and develop new customers and trading partners, especially in the rice and agri commodities segment. |
|
2) Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client communication, quotation, negotiations to order finalization. |
|
3) Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with overseas clients, importers, and distributors. |
|
4) Conduct market research and analysis to understand global trends, pricing, and competitor movements. |
|
5) Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings. |
|
6) Work closely with the logistics, finance, and quality control teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution. |
